The r&d center of shandong landian biotechnology co., ltd. was completed and put into operation in 2014. The r&d center covers a floor area of 2010m2, and the total equipment investment at the present stage has reached 5.5 million yuan.The research and development center has been approved by relevant government departments, and has established "weifang engineering laboratory", "weifang engineering and technology research center", "academician scientific research station", and invited academician Yang shengli and the research and development team for long-term technical guidance of the research and development center. The research and development center has set up a research and development team consisting of 5 master's students in related majors and 14 undergraduate and junior college graduates. So far, it has obtained 3 invention patents, 10 utility model patents and other scientific and technological achievements.

Experiment Apparatus

The r&d center is equipped with two 100-level sterile rooms, 14 sets of 5L fermentation experimental equipment, two sets of 50L fermentation pilot test equipment, continuous ion exchange system, high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, two sets of parallel screening fermentation tanks, ultra-low temperature refrigerator, small test ceramic membrane, ultrafiltration membrane, nanofiltration membrane and other microbial experimental equipment;At the same time, new polymer materials polymerization test equipment and 20L stainless steel polymerization test equipment;According to the development needs of the company equipped with a variety of high-tech research equipment, the existing fixed assets of more than 10 million.

The company adopts new technology of biological strain fermentation which is green, pollution-free and non-toxic from the raw materials, production process to finished products. With the strengthening of national environmental protection, it is imperative to popularize biodegradable plastics fighting against the white pollution. The bio-based succinic acid produced by the company is the only raw material for the production of biodegradable plastic PBS. It is irreplaceable and of board prospect.
